DPC PAINTING WARRANTY
Exterior Warranty:

3 year warranty for exterior painting including siding and trim

1 year warranty on horizontal painted surfaces

1 year warranty on exterior surfaces including horizontal surfaces and decks
Cabinetry Warranty:

1 year warranty against any peeling or chipping surfaces

Damage from normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty

3 year warranty on new hinges and drawer glides for DPC’s Cabinet Reface (must be installed by DPC Painting)

Interior passage door finish is NOT under warranty

Handrail finish is NOT under warranty

1 year warranty on staining projects, Warranty only covers direct areas where chipping and peeling may take place
Warranty Exclusions:

If for any reason the job is not paid in full to the quoted price provided on your estimate, any and all warranties are voided.

We reserve the right to suspend work or touch-ups until payment is made. If additional work is needed on a project and is not included on the estimate, DPC reserves the right to invoice for payment charging time and material.

Any touch-up work performed on areas under warranty by anyone other than DPC voids all warranties.

DPC will not pay for outside contractors to fulfill warranty work at anytime.

Warranty time-frame begins once final payment is received by DPC.
